…the Sox and Marlins are in the final stages of completing a deal that would send Guillen to South Beach.. http://t.co/Ufcy3Com
Looks like Ozzie Guillen met with Jerry Reinsdorf today. No new contract yet, he’s talking like a manager who wants out.
As we reminisce about the #Marlins, let’s not forget about the health of our original color analyst Gary Carter: http://t.co/7PcjE2aq
@paatkinson – I think these row end caps are slowly being added right now in some less visible parts of the ballpark.
Here, again, is the ballpark photo allegedly showing new logo on seats, originally posted here
Next time someone tours the Marlins Ballpark, try to confirm this photo. here
About to kill this dead horse: Here is a side by side of original Braves and fake Marlins hat.
The #Marlins hat is a photoshop of an Atlanta Braves hat.
The logo was in the style guides which provide basic EPS artwork which always looks different when applied to uniforms/caps.
That blue Marlins hat – it is photoshopped. Too bad the real media (not twitter users like us) picked it up and called it legit without confirming.
Credit where credit is due: the latest Marlins hat image was originally posted by user Patchez here
Giancarlo, Justis, Juan Carlos, Florida, Carlos Enrique – The #Marlins are a witness protection program.
OK, another lame ‘Leo Nunez’ joke: Someone forgot to tell Juan Carlos Oviedo that the #Marlins are not rebranding until 11/11/11.
I love that ESPN is putting quotation marks around the name ‘Leo Nunez’. We should have done that one a long time ago.
When talking about Ramirez rumors, meant 2008, not 1998. Sorry.
