  • Marlins Make First Spring Cuts; Roster Down to 56

  • The Marlins have made their first set of reassignments reducing their Spring Training camp to 56 Michael Brady and Kyle Jensen were optioned to AAA New Orleans while Angel Sanchez, Jose Urena, JT Realmuto, Grant Dayton and Brent Keys optioned to AA Jacksonville. Non-roster players Anthony DeSclafani, Justin Nicolino, Jesus Sanchez, Colby Suggs and Avery Romero were all reassigned to the Minor League camp.
