According to the Marlins, MLB has told them they could not announce Stanton’s ASG selection at Marlins Park until 2PM.

Giancarlo Stanton has been named to the 2012 National League All Star team.
Stanton was chosen as a reserve outfielder by NL manager Tony La Russa. He will also participate in the home run derby.
