• In a somewhat unexpected move, the Marlins sent Andrew Miller to AAA after a terrible outing against the Phillies. Miller showed no control of his pitches and at times his velocity was in the low 80s. Rick VandenHurk, who pitched 6 good innings last night against the Padres, will assume Miller‘s spot in the rotation. With 12 pitchers already on the roster, the Marlins are likely to call up a position player.

    • ANDREW MILLER IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO THE MARLINS BECAUSE DONTRELLY SUCKED. ANDREW HAS MORE CAPABILITIES THAN DONTRELLE EVER DID. THE MARLINS SENDING ANDREW DOWN THERE IS A MISTAKE AND I REALLY DON’T BELIEVE THAT HE HAS EVER BEEN BAD, I THINK THEY JUST WANT TO TRADE HIM FOR SOMEONE WHO IS AVAILABLE, LIKE ROY HALLADAY. IF THEY GET RID OF ANDREW THEY ARE MAKING THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. ANDREW WILL BE GREAT AND HE WILL DEVELOP INTO A PRIZE PITCHER. HE NEEDS TO KEEP HIS PITCHING THE WAY HE WAS DOING BEFORE THEY TRIED TO CHANGE EVERYTHING, AND NO WONDER HE HAS A HARD TIME NOW. ANDREW IS A GREAT PERSON AND A GREAT PITCHER. MAYBE HE NEEDS TO GO SOMEWHERE WHERE HE IS APPRECIATED AND NOT WHERE THEY TRY TO CHANGE HIM. STOP BEING SO HARD ON HIM. HE WILL FIND HIS WAY BACK WHETHER HE IS A MARLIN OR IN ANOTHER TEAM.
