The Fish sent Taylor Tankersley down to the ‘Topes after another bad outing (4 earned runs against the Braves). Lee Gardner was called up to take his spot on the roster. Tank was very effective last year going 2-1 with a 2.85 ERA and seemed like a great setup lefty in the pen. But, he never seemed to get things together after suffering from left shoulder inflammation during spring training.
